Black |
|
Small particle size, longer bodies and blue
undertones are considered the trade-mark of quality black inks.
To bring the best commercial product to pass, we are well instructed
to look beyond the available solutions.
One such
product 'BLACK BEAUTY' is nonsuch.
Pigments of high loading capacity, the unique blend of vehicles
of identical refractive indexes, the perfect choice and contribution
of flow agents for transfer of more than 60% from the plate
along with the desired oil & toner absorption properties
makes it perhaps the most dense ink an ink maker had rather
produced. It records consistent prints of density more than
4 in a densitometer at optimum ink film thickness.

UV- Gloss-matt Aqueous
Coating |
|
All the coatings are supposed to dry faster,
could be printed dry or wet on wet and possess properties that
are inherent with the system. |

Gloss Varnish |
|
These high viscosity gloss vehicles provide
hard drying, good adhesion and resistance to dampening solution
besides improving the gloss of the print. |

Matt |
|
It retains all the properties of a gloss
varnish, expecting the fact that the result is of a matt finish. |

Aqueous Varnish |

Dry very quickly, have a little odour, resist yellowing on
aging, and are compatible with most adhesives. |

UV
Varnish |
|
The UV radiation causes the vehicles to polymerize.
Unlike the drying of sheetfed inks, this polymerization is virtually
instantaneous. This product is justified for multitude applications
where gloss and drying assumes great significance. |

Reducers |
|
Group of conventional reducers and special reducers
which preserve the rheological properties and printability of
the ink, as well as confer special properties - Finish, non-rub,
or quick setting.
Specific reducers are used for rapid reduction of the body,
to increase the tack and stiffen the ink.
